Four Navaratris - A wider view
Navaratri returns morethan once in the year.
Many traditions recognize more than one Navaratri across
the year. Four are especially important:
Magha Navaratri — late winter
Chaitra Navaratri — spring
Ashada Navaratri — summer / monsoon transition
Sharada Navaratri — autumn / post-monsoon
Sharada Navaratri is the autumn Navaratri most closely connected with our Golu journey.
Veda Vichitra:So Navaratri does not happen only once?
